Terms of Service

The terms and conditions governing the use of Wonderful Launcher

2026/07/06

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wonderful Launcher website, desktop application, cloud features, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Services Description

Wonderful Launcher provides:

  • A desktop application for installing, managing, launching, and repairing ComfyUI environments
  • Workflow, model, plugin, and documentation resources
  • AI Agent and diagnostic features for ComfyUI troubleshooting
  • AI image generation, reference-image processing, and other metered cloud tools where offered
  • Credit-based and access-gated cloud features where offered
  • Support, community, or remote help services where offered

Some legacy files, install paths, or update records may still refer to "ModelFinder". Those references are part of the same Wonderful Launcher desktop product line unless stated otherwise.

Desktop Installation and Diagnostics

  • The desktop installer may require you to accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy before installation continues.
  • If you do not accept the installer agreement, the installer will exit and Wonderful Launcher will not be installed.
  • When accepted through the installer, the desktop app may collect the minimal diagnostics and redacted Agent quality records described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Diagnostics and Agent quality records are used to improve startup reliability, repair workflows, and Agent answer quality. They do not include raw workflow files, model files, generated images, API keys, passwords, tokens, full local logs, or personal file contents.
  • Diagnostics do not mean we guarantee every Windows, driver, Python, ComfyUI, plugin, workflow, or model issue can be fixed.

Account Registration

  • You may need an account to access cloud features, credits, Agent access, purchases, or support workflows.
  • You must provide accurate and complete account information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You must notify us if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

Payments, Credits, and Billing

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
  • Credit packages are non-recurring purchases that add credits to your account for pay-per-use features.
  • Agent access, subscriptions, or other paid access grants may be offered from time to time and will be described at checkout.
  • Prices, included credits, feature limits, and renewal terms are shown at checkout or in the product interface.
  • Credits and paid access are intended for the account that purchased or received them and may not be resold or transferred without our written consent.
  • Refund terms are governed by our Refund Policy.

AI Agent and Diagnostics

  • AI Agent answers and repair suggestions are generated from available diagnostics, tool results, and model output. They may be incomplete or incorrect.
  • You should review proposed repair actions before approving changes to your local environment.
  • Some actions may install packages, modify dependencies, restart ComfyUI, or change files inside a selected ComfyUI environment. You are responsible for backing up important data.
  • We may use redacted Agent quality records to improve troubleshooting behavior, as described in our Privacy Policy.

AI Image and Cloud Outputs

  • AI image generation, reference-image processing, LLM relay, and similar cloud features may use third-party model providers, hosting, and storage services.
  • Generated images, text, or other outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to third-party content, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using, publishing, or sharing them.
  • You are responsible for your prompts, reference images, uploaded materials, and how you use generated outputs.
  • We may attach or expose machine-readable fields, headers, or metadata that identify AI-generated output where supported by the feature. You may not remove, hide, or misrepresent such labels when doing so would violate law, platform rules, or third-party rights.

Third-Party Software and Content

Wonderful Launcher works with third-party software and content, including but not limited to:

  • ComfyUI, an open-source project not owned or operated by us
  • Python, PyTorch, CUDA, drivers, custom nodes, plugins, models, and workflow files
  • Google, GitHub, Stripe, Discord, hosting, storage, analytics, and authentication providers

Your use of third-party software and services is subject to their own terms and licenses. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, licensing, model weights, outputs, or behavior.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services in violation of law or third-party rights
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, APIs, or networks
  • Abuse, overload, or interfere with the Services
  • Share account credentials or allow multiple people to use a single-user account
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Services without written consent
  • Use the Services to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
  • Use AI or cloud features to impersonate a person, mislead others about real events, infringe privacy or publicity rights, or create non-consensual intimate, exploitative, abusive, or child-safety-related content
  • Upload prompts, reference images, workflows, or files that you do not have the right to use
  • Abuse credits, refunds, promotions, or support workflows
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the desktop app except where permitted by applicable law

Intellectual Property

  • The Wonderful Launcher application, website, documentation, branding, and related content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
  • Your own workflows, prompts, images, and files remain yours. If you upload content to our Services, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it only as needed to provide the Services.

Service Availability

  • The Services are provided "as is" and "as available".
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.
  • Cloud providers, model providers, payment processors, and third-party repositories may affect availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
  • We are not liable for issues caused by third-party software, third-party models, custom nodes, drivers, operating systems, local environment changes, or user-approved repair actions.

Termination

  • You may stop using the Services or request account deletion at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Services, create security risk, or engage in fraudulent activity.
  • Unused credits, subscriptions, or access grants after termination are handled according to our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, they may be brought before a court with appropriate jurisdiction.
