Refund Policy

Our refund and cancellation policy for Wonderful Launcher services

Overview

At Wonderful Launcher, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations across our services, including ComfyUI remote help sessions, subscription plans, and one-time purchases.

Remote Help Sessions

  • Before session starts: If you have purchased a remote help session but it has not yet been scheduled or started, you may request a full refund.
  • Scheduled but not started: If a session has been scheduled but not yet started, you may cancel and receive a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund.
  • After session starts: Once a remote help session has begun, no refund will be issued. If the session cannot resolve your issue, we will work with you to schedule a follow-up at no additional cost, at our discretion.

Subscription Plans

  • Monthly subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining days of the billing period.
  • Yearly subscriptions: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal if you have not used the service. After 14 days, or if the service has been used, no refund will be issued. You may still cancel, and your access will continue until the end of the billing period.

Lifetime Plans

  • Lifetime plan purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the service has not been substantially used. After 14 days, lifetime plan purchases are non-refundable.

Credit Packages

  • Purchased credit packages are non-refundable once credits have been used. If no credits from the package have been used, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Order or transaction ID
  • Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method via Stripe, and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

  • Abuse of the refund policy
  • Violations of our Terms of Service
  • Chargebacks filed without first contacting us

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
