By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services Description

Wonderful Launcher provides:

• A desktop application for managing and running ComfyUI workflows
• ComfyUI remote help sessions provided by our team
• Subscription plans with various feature tiers
• Credit-based pay-per-use features
• Documentation, plugins, models, and workflow resources

Account Registration

• You must create an account to access certain features of our Services.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Payments and Billing

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
• Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.
• Lifetime plans are a one-time purchase granting perpetual access to the features available at the time of purchase.
• Credit packages are non-recurring purchases that add credits to your account for pay-per-use features.
• All prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout and are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as required by your jurisdiction.

Remote Help Sessions

• Remote help sessions are provided on a best-effort basis. While we strive to resolve your issues, we cannot guarantee that every issue will be resolved.
• You agree to provide accurate information in the intake form to help us prepare for your session.
• Session scheduling is subject to availability.
• You must not share access credentials or sensitive information beyond what is necessary for the session.
• We are not responsible for any data loss or system issues that may occur during or after a remote help session. We recommend backing up your data before any session.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or networks
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Wonderful Launcher desktop application, except as permitted by applicable law
• Use our Services to distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services
• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single account
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our Services without our written consent
• Abuse the refund policy or engage in fraudulent transactions

Intellectual Property

• The Wonderful Launcher application, website, documentation, and all related content are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with your subscription plan.
• User-generated content (such as workflows you create) remains your property. By uploading content to our platform, you grant us a limited license to host and display it as necessary to provide the Services.

Third-Party Services

Our Services integrate with third-party services including but not limited to:

• ComfyUI: An open-source project not owned or operated by us
• Stripe: For payment processing
• Discord: For community and support communications
• Google and GitHub: For authentication

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

Service Availability

• Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of our Services.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time with reasonable notice.
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Services.
• Our total liability for any claim related to our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for any issues arising from ComfyUI itself, as it is third-party open-source software.

Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our Services.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. Any unused credits or remaining subscription time will be handled according to our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
